Overtime Seeds reserves the right to discontinue the sale of any product listed on the Site at any time without notice. You agree that we may rescind our acceptance of your order and cancel without penalty if Overtime Seeds is unable to ship the product due to unavailability.

Shipping & Shipping Policy
Overtime Seeds ships primarily via UPS. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier availability or order volume. You are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is correct. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier.
Returns/Refund Policy
Due to the nature of agricultural seed, all sales are final once shipped. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, returns or replacements may be offered at our discretion. If you receive damaged or incorrect seeds, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the seeds, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Failure to contact Overtime Seeds within 7 days will waive your right to a return or replacement.
